The Perfect Dough cannot accept returns or exchanges because our product is perishable. We will not be responsible for damages to packages left outdoors or possible issues that may occur in transit. Please make sure you will be able to receive the package the same day it was delivered as we cannot be responsible for stolen or damaged packages resulting from a delivery where no one was available to receive it.
We will not be responsible if your package gets delayed in transit because of incorrect information provided during the checkout process. If you realize this happened please contact the appropriate delivery service and proceed with them on the next best actions.
If your dough flavors are incorrect or damaged, please take photos right away and contact us immediately. Upon determination of our mistake, we will reship your order at our next available opportunity.
