It all started the same time we did. We were newly dating and both loved sweets! As something fun to do we started making cookies… then we got a little obsessed. About a year later, we had the perfect cookie and, of course, dough was the byproduct. We would eat it raw, but wanted to figure out how to make it safe without sacrificing the bakeability. Skip to now and we have done just that! We use a simple, all-natural maple bark fiber extract to replace the egg and heat treat our flour so you can bake it, eat it, or both!
